My Story

Nearly a decade ago my interest in health and wellness peaked while living in Northern California. I was exposed to a new healthy, holistic lifestyle I hadn’t known before and was put in an environment to be able to do so. My journey evolved as I discovered I have Celiac disease and other food allergies and sensitivities. I began to focus on nutrition, learning what food I put into my body and how that affects more than just my weight. I stopped drinking coffee and instead, fell in love with Matcha, which is now one of my biggest passions! I have been strictly a tea drinker for over the past 6 years, and I have a lot of knowledge and experience I want to share regarding this.

While I have always been active and had a fitness routine, my love for group fitness evolved as a result of the above journey. As I started to focus on nutrition, I gained a new appreciation for my body, and I wanted it to look as good as it was feeling. I found a consistent workout routine that made me fall in love with going to the gym and I am now a NASM Certified Group Fitness Instructor!

While focused on my nutrition and fitness routines, I couldn’t help but know that there was a missing piece. I was going through a tough break up and feeling down about myself, regardless of how great my body was feeling. I knew I needed to turn inward and focus next on my mind. You can have the best body and the greatest looks, but if you don’t like what’s going on in your head you are a far way from healthy. I did A LOT of inner work. I read books, attended self-help seminars, I sought therapy and medicinal healing. I changed my social circles and cut ties with a lot of relationships that were not serving me.

Doing this continuous inner work led me to my current relationship and appreciation for spirituality. Focusing on your mental health has a funny way of putting life in perspective. Knowing that we are a small part of this big thing we call life and that many of the problems we create for ourselves on the daily are minute in the grand scheme of things. When you go inward you also tap into another side of confidence and happiness and its really a ripple affect that leads to spirituality.

This entire journey allowed me to better align with my true self. Doing so has helped me reach a better understanding of what holistic wellness really is, and how important it is to choose the right lifestyle, implement good habits, and create a routine that benefits the mind, body, AND soul. I’m here to help share my experiences and what I have learned during my process. I strive to inspire you to live a holistic lifestyle and give you the tools and practices that got me there.  I hope that in doing so you learn to love yourself and begin living your most authentic life.  I can’t wait to have you on board!

XO Nicole
